Valuable resource, worth the money.
I've been pretty discouraged with therapists i've met with in the past. The one I talked to today, I couldn't of asked for better. I'm happy cerebral is able to provide me with such valuable resources.

Never thought I'd be in therapy
Never thought I'd be in therapy. Lots in the past to unpack. Cerebral has been a godsend and I highly recommend them. Alyssa is intuitive, methodical, and cares. Game changer if you're open to it.

I was apprehensive about Cerebral…
I was apprehensive about Cerebral because I didn’t know what to expect. Now I am very happy that I reached out! My medical team is professional, responsive, easy to reach, easy to talk to and I feel confident that my mental health issues will be managed properly. I have hope and don’t feel like like “just another case”, they see me as a person.

BUYER BEWARE.
BUYER BEWARE. I submitted a cancellation request via email on February 2nd. I received a confirmation of receipt from the customer support email address. I just realized today September 20th that I have continued to be billed $85 monthly. When I called Customer Support they acknowledged receipt of my cancel request, but 'per policy' only willing to refund 3 months. I have not used the subscription --I have had zero contact with Cerebral since before I canceled (Sometime in November of last year). This company lacks integrity and accountability.

Cerebral is a scam do not use them
Cerebral is a scam do not use them. Cerebral will send you bills several months after a service was performed that state you owe them additional money. I had Cerebral fo 8 months. At $325 per month I should have only had to pay $2600 if I paid for it out of pocket. I used my insurance and now between me and my insurance we are paying over $7000 for this 8 months of service. Cerebral is a Scam Do not use them.

Do not use this company I went to a few…
Do not use this company I went to a few visits and wasn’t a good fit for me. Originally charged $100 dollar for paid for what I received. Didn’t wish to continue counselors adamant about getting you on medicine through them. I have told multiple times and bank to I no longer wish to use service. They started trying to charge $259 got a new debit card getting emails 7 months later about payment to them. Confused looked at my bank they had charged last 5 months $259 contacted company rude and said in contract. I have let to receive counseling from 2022 in September of 2023 now. Having to go through bank and dispute charges as fraudulent. I would steer clear of this company they do not care about the individual and only in it to take advantage of others. It’s a poor way to prey on people in mental health issues when the company that helps does not value you as a person.

Great experience! Highly recommend
The Dr was amazing! Very nice, knowledgeable, and understanding of what I’m going through and what might help me. Got a prescription and now we wait and see if the medication works for me.

Great experience
My therapist and prescriber are both great. They listen and respond as actually people and talking to them is really easy and natural.
