I wish I had had a better experience. Truthfully, I feel that the program is misleading from the beginning. A self-assessment quiz is not an appropriate alternative to medically administered psychological evaluation, and the diagnosis is less likely to be accurate as a result. Additionally, the level of accessibility provided is inadequate, and by extension, dangerous to the patients as a lack of access to a provider can have many negative impacts. I, for example, had to wait for days for my counselor to hear back from my provider when my increase in dosage caused me severe side effects. The response I received after missing almost a week of work was that it was most likely my medication (which I knew) and that it was up to me if I wanted to change my dose. This was after paying to see another doctor while I was waiting, who could only advise that I go to the hospital or wait to hear back from my provider. The level of care that is provided through Cerebral is simply not comprehensive, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Truth be told, my time at Cerebral was a waste, and I wish I had spent those months seeking more compassionate and accessible care. Edited to add: When I chose not to renew my subscription, they tried to offer me discounts, then immediately canceled my appointments for that month (which I had already paid for). Goes to show how much concern they have for the patients.

Very good. I liked it. But I currently live in Oregon. Hood River. And I have a doctor now. But hoping to move across the river to Washington. Maybe in White Salmon. Thank you

Very helpful and insightful

Originally had a rocky start, but the customer service worked very hard to fix my problem. The online nature of Cerebral was not compatible with my situation, but they worked hard to do what they could anyway. For most people with mental health needs, this is a convenient and useful service that saves time driving to the doctor and the pharmacy.

I really like this service for the care counseling. I have only seen my care provider 2x but she somehow remembered many things I told her previously which shows she really does care and listen. The RX program could be improved upon, I was told they couldn't provide one of my anti-anxiety meds so they have me tapering down and placed me on gabapentin which has helped mainly with sleep/insomnia/nighttime anxiety. It took quite a while to get the initial medication and I had to follow up a few times but once I did it has been refilled consistently for the most part. I would say as far as improvements go, more transparency around medications that Cerebral does/does not prescribe (controlled meds seem to be a no no) and more communication related to the medication refill process. If you are just looking for medication it's probably cheaper to just go to your dr or use your insurance. However I have had a good experience with the counseling so will stick it out for that.

At first, I was hesitant. I have waited years to reach out and get help because I was terrified of being put on medications. After 3 months of using Cerebral, I have a provider who is open and honest with me about what she thinks is going on as well as a counselor who helps me work through my thoughts and how to help my husband help me. I wish I would have reached out for help sooner.

Just received my new prescription , clonazepam . Directions say to take 3 tablets per day . Do I refill every 10 days. There were 30 tablets
