Have been using this assistance for a while now and am over all very pleased with it. Has made life alot easier, convient, and really like my Dr. It's been a hard journey and I'm thankful for this service. Highly recommend.

Amazing Gamer Doc!
Working with Dr. CJ is a joy. She has given me some life lessons that have worked better than any Elderly advice. I chose her because of the hobbies and interests that I have, so it’s easier to relate and understand my concerns and she gets it. There’s a level of connect that makes our discussions understandable and easier to accept and adapt to. I have recommended her to a few of my friends who are looking for therapy.

First week with Cerebral
This is my first week with Cerebral and my providers Jessica H. and Tracy C. I am fortunate enough to find myself in a position to afford this type of care again and I am thankful for this app. The app is user friendly and it was easy to find help from a manageable list of providers. So far I have good faith that I have competent, professional, and reliable people working with me to better my mental health. I am happy with the process and the people so far!

Tech 4 Stars- Service 5 Stars
The only reason I give this app 4 stars and not 5 is because of the technical issues. The app is relatively easy to use but sometimes I get automatically logged out or don’t show up in the wait room, but my therapist always reaches out. I have been with Eli Mayorquin and Mihaela Corteza for over a year and they are both great. They helped me discover my condition and come up with coping skills to manage my life better. I feel as though the quality of my life has improved significantly since I started talking to them and taking the correct medication. I was misdiagnosed often in the past but my prescriber did not give up on finding the right medication for me without abusing what or how much medication I took. So far, this has been my best experience in seeking mental health aid.

My provider Kateri Hendrickson was awsome
My provider Kateri Hendrickson was excellent at listening to my issues and giving me advice at how to cope with my depression. She recommended a medication for me to try which gives me help to reduce my depression and anxiety. I’m looking forward to speaking to her in our next session

This is my first week using Cerebral…
This is my first week using Cerebral but off the bat it has been such an easy process than local, in person providers. I’ve spent months trying to find accessible therapy and prescribers for my medication and it’s usually way out of budget or bad customer service. My provider was able to help me with my medication within our 30 min call. She was great and I just feel super grateful I found this app.
