You guys prescribe me the wrong dose
You guys didn’t prescribe me my correct dose of medication. I lost my job because of the emotional stress and withdrawal that I started experiencing

A Lifesaver
This app saved me in a serious time of need. I do not have health insurance and am unfamiliar with how to find a psychiatrist. Cerebral provided and quick and unintimidating way for me to get the help I needed. It is also fairly affordable even without insurance.

Good service
I wish there was a plan in my area for monthly therapy. I do think my care counselor is extremely helpful and I am grateful to have that as well as the resources they send to me!

Care and Service on My Schedule
Cerebral helped me take control of my mental health. Instead of waiting weeks to be seen in person I’m able to schedule time with a caring professional based on my schedule. I have a team behind me, and they are all thoughtful, helpful professionals dedicated to my well being. This is the future of all medicine.

This is minimal service for a premium…
This is minimal service for a premium price. Once a month sessions are not going to help anyone, and that is not indicated in your advertising. I will be cancelling and opting for something else.

Took my money real quick and then the…
Took my money real quick and then the app started crashing on me. I login on the site and it won’t let me proceed. I called support and they said to clear my cookies… it’s a scam. STAY AWAY!
