I love that this is affordable however they need more therapists and providers. Getting a consistent schedule with your care team is a nightmare because all the providers/therapists are booked up all the time. You can send general messages to your team but if you need to talk to someone but it’s not an actual emergency you have to wait months. This is due to a high service demand but lack of staffing.

Extremely helpful and supportive staff. I’ve had nothing but good experiences so far. They’ve helped me manage my mental health and implement strategies and exercises to better myself.

Had an anxiety attack related to my untreated ADHD. Through the prescription and counsellor process I found how to deal with my issues with both medication and exercises. This is exactly the point of this program and it works.

Easy to use website that is quick loading

I struggled really hard with my mental health until I found Cerebral. It sounds cheesy, I know, however their prescribers and counselors really value you as a person. My prescriber really listened to my concerns and how I felt in order to look for the best treatment. My counselor was equally as amazing on offering me different methods to cope with my illnesses. Cerebral is definitely something I would recommend to someone for help with mental health. It's much more affordable than regular psychiatry (and honestly saves you the hassle of being hassled). There's no hidden fees and they really know the meaning of COMMUNICATE. I've never been late to an appointment, and they've never canceled an appointment on me. Cerebral is a 10/10 for me.

I really appreciate and connect with my counselor. She really listens and has great insight. She creates a safe space for me.

A life saver! Going through my HMO when seeking mental health care was impossible. I first reached out in April 2021. I finally got an intake assessment for them to assess me last week, Feb 2022. In the meanwhile I needed help and found Cerebral who were able to see me right then and provide treatment. 6 months later I’m doing great and I fully believe that’s because of cerebral’s. If I had left my problem to traditional mental health care I have zero doubt that my life would be the disaster it was heading to instead of the stable and healthy position I and in now.

I signed up for cerebral about three weeks ago (mid Jan) after intial onboarding I was told I would get a follow up to assigned a therapist, it never happened. I logged in (which worked at the time) and sent message inquiring what was going on. I did get a response back but in that same response the coordinator told me that they would get someone assigned and that after looking at my account I could upgrade to the next level for no additional charge. So I followed her link and it took me to billing page which went from 85/month to 325/month. I thought this might be an error so i clicked ok. My discover card was immediately. I was not happy so i called right away to ask what was going on. I got the run around for days so I finally sent a message and a rep emailed me back. I explained the situation that i have not even got to use the service, for weeks no response now I am being charged additional monies for a service I was told was no charge. I asked him to cancel my membership, he said he could not but he would send me cancelation form and another department would get back to me. To make a long story short I got a response from that dept and they said its to late I agreed to the service and they bill in advance for service (which I never used) and on top of that cancelled my account. I can neither log in to the app or online as it says invalid credentials. I sent password request and emails to the company and no response as of yet. I feel swindled of money and time when in good faith I trusted cerebral but obviously they are not going to do the right thing.I opened dispute with discover but they are requesting the documentation of my communication with cerebral which is all inside the app(that I cannot get into). Vendor not returning emails nor can I reset or log into app. How is this service for something they charged me for cancel me within a few days of me asking and take my money for services never rendered? terrible terrible business!!! I was cheated out of 296 dollars that i was not ok with spending to use service , that i never got to begin with. I don't mind paying the initial consultation as I did speak to an onboarding agent a few weeks ago but that is it. Simply not right and a sham if you ask me.
