I was not satisfied with Cerebral at…
I was not satisfied with Cerebral at all. I've been using Cerebral for about 5 months now. I have not met with the same prescriber once. I have had 3 different care counselors. The only thing I did like was having my prescription delivered to my door; however, it cost more than my usual copay for this service.

Cerebral cares a lot about my…
Cerebral cares a lot about my well-being. Since I made the decision to sign up last year, I was having a hard time. My counselor and prescribers listened to me and provided support where it was needed. They also provided me with the treatment and the tools to cope with my issues and as a result, I feel better, as well as the ability to deal with issues as they come and go.

I am so thankful for cerebral especially during the pandemic. I have learned a lot about myself and how to deal with my issues very well.

I love how there is a more affordable but
I love how there is a more affordable option and I was easily able to start back up on my anxiety medication. However I often feel rushed off my appointments. Sometimes it feels like they just want to make sure I still need the medication I’m on and don’t want to have a real conversation.

Cerebral is awful
Cerebral is awful. They were not transparent about their charges and when I canceled hours after signing up they tried to get me not to cancel but said they would be keeping my money, all while there were no services rendered. This company is a scam and do not give them your payment information in any way shape or form because they will charge whatever they can and then tell you "too bad". Unethical company, misleading practices, terrible service. Avoid at all cost.

Great Care without Insurance
I needed a service that provided mental health care since my insurance doesn't cover it, and Cerebral has given me that at an affordable price! I'm able to ask questions at any time and always have a person there to respond to me. I like being able to choose which professional I want to speak with, and they've all been very understanding, caring, and culturally sensitive which is important to me.

Not worth the money
I just use this app for medication management, and definitely don't feel like i get my money's worth. I pay about $90 a month just for access, regardless if I see my provider or not, and then my medications are another $120 a month. My care liason isn't someone I vibe with and only meet with for like 10 minutes every 2 months because his schedule doesn't match mine, and my nurse practitioner only needs to visit with me once every 3 months because I've been stable on my meds. As soon as I find a reliable alternative, I'll be canceling my plan with cerebral, because this isn't sustainable. Edit: they did refund me the cost of my March subscription and gave me 50% off of April and May, so that's at least something.
