Only signed up for a trial for $30 and no longer interested so I followed the link to cancel and completed that portion. I am continuing to get emails as if I never submitted an cancellation request. This company is not personal and I believe that they will draw out the cancellation process to deduct additional money from your account when I have not used any of their service once. Beware!!!! Look before you leap.

Cerebral is an excellent resource for mental health. I have found therapists on this site that are significantly better trained and more helpful than in other therapy situations in the past. They are also incredibly communicative when a problem does arise, even something as simple as scheduling that on other sites doesn't warrant an immediate response. My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that there is no way to "pause" your membership for a period of time. For example, my therapist and I both had scheduling issues and were unable to meet for almost a month, but I still paid for price for that month. It seems like being able to "pause" or even get a discounted rate for times like that would be beneficial for such an expensive service.

If you need medication It won’t work for you.

It’s amazing. It’s affordable! With or without insurance. They truly care about you. Everything’s super fast. And it’s so reliable. Even the support team are quick to respond and to help. Glad I reached out for help with my anxiety! I’d recommend this to anyone! Reach out for help it’s so worth it. I’m very thankful for Cerebral!

I was very nervous because it was my first time doing anything like this. I typically have a hard time trying to figure out what I am going to say when in a new environment but Tyisha made me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.

I haven’t met with my care counselor or anything yet, but my visit with my psychiatrist was good so far! She listened to my story and we discussed A LOT of things that could factor into my medication choices and I really felt like she made time for me and to listen to me one on one.

I'm so thankful I reached out and gave the company a shot. I'm only one month in and I'm already feeling so much better!! My prescriber and care counselor are amazing and I feel they do listen. It is worth it!
