I would rate it 5 stars but I just don't know to much about them yet. I've been a member for about 2 weeks now I simply do not have enough information to rate them 5 yet, but so far so good was able to get a disc for 35 for my first month which is very nice for someone who doesn't trust a lot of companies. I see mixed reviews about them, but I have so far seen no down side yet. My prescriber was very nice listened and even gave some medicine to try to help with my mental issues. You can also change your appointment date at any time by yourself. If you want to cancel you do have to contact the support team but usually only takes 1-3 days for them to do it. So just make sure to cancel couple days before your next due date. Very helpful, fast, friendly and was willing to just listen. +Rep

Cerebral has been an excellent experience thus far. The therapist that I chose is a very good fit for me and offers support, information, perspective, and availability. The Dr that I chose listens to me and then provides information and recommendations for improving my mental health. My Dr even supports that there is a possibility of improvement that medication could only be temporary for some people. Something I hope for myself. I also have a personal assistant that will respond immediately to my requests or concerns. It is wonderful to have a supportive team that I trust and that are available for me. I appreciate and recommend this service.

My specific therapist is amazing I’m having some issues with the psychiatrist who sometimes things were going wrong with mailing or with communicating which meds were the best. There was also a billing issue that happened that was detrimental for the time frame but it was resolved pretty quickly that was nice. Overall I would say 3 1/2 stars if it was for my therapist five stars every time for my psychiatrist four stars every time for Cerebral itself and their ability to communicate and their functionality that’s where the three stars comes in

I just finished 6 months, the changes have been numerous and Very rewarding. I am much happier than before.

Addie Perry makes me feel supported, heard and comfortable more so than I ever have with any prescriber. I truly wish everyone in the world had someone like her.

Caring providers and care councilors I’m feeling like myself again! Would definitely recommend.

This is the first time I have reached out for mental health help where I felt like I was actually heard! My prescriber and care counselor both listened to me thoroughly and actually understood and gave me hope that there is a light at the end of the tunnel! I have met with multiple health care professionals through my own insurance but never got the help I truly needed before. So glad I found Cerebral!!!

I really appreciate that Scott was able to understand my situation and help me navigate a treatment plan that was tailored to my situation. He did a great job of listening to me and explaining the next steps without making me feel anything less than a person. We developed a plan together and I never once felt like I did not have a say in my treatment. I left the appointment feeling optimistic about my treatment. I am truly grateful that I am able to access mental health treatment with such wonderful people.
