I just signed up for the app Cerebral a few days ago. I was able to see a psychiatrist through video chat, got diagnosed, and got my prescription all in one day. I currently have Tricare, who are notoriously terrible at this kind of thing, and my insurance covered the pills without pre-authorization. I got my prescription filled at a Walgreens instead of having to wait for 3 hours, minimum, at a military treatment facility pharmacy. All for 30 dollars a month. They also do CBT through video chat, which I have an appointment for next week. Cerebral has helped me where traditional medicine has done nothing but fail me. They are super ADHD friendly and I would suggest them to anyone looking for a better path to mental health.

I came to Cerebral because I knew it was time to deal with my feelings of disconnect and malais. The entire process has been so easy and efficient. Within a few hours I felt like I am getting the help I need to get out of the funk I have been in for years.

The clinician was very thorough and I feel I am going to be able to get my mental health under my control again. That is calming in itself. Thank you!

I have had a miles long journey with my physical health. Often finding myself without agency over my own physical being. With my physical health im part of a massive centralized system that is without a doubt deeply exhausting. Cerebral gave me agency in my mental healthcare. I feel seen and heard. It gave me the power with scheduling, my provider and talk counselor both host off-business hours that make it easier for me to keep appointments, and there aren’t any grumpy nurses or secretaries.

I have nothing but good things to say about my first experience. I met with a doctor who was kind, understanding, listened and reenforced I was not alone and that she was happy I took the first step with the app. I’m so glad I finally decided to sign up.

Can't speak for the whole Cerebral organization, but satisfied with the quality of my care so far and grateful for Dena Rose's time, energy, and commitment.
