My therapist Haley is super empathetic and understanding. After our sessions I feel like I'm doing the right thing and making the right choices. I am happy I joined Cerebral.

I have had a total of 5 appointments so far. The first 4 times, the provider didn’t even show up. Horrible emailing service. Trying to get ahold of someone is a joke.

All of my experiences w people have been good. The medication situation is confusing.

My therapist is phenomenal and the experience has been great! I love that is convenient and can be done from anywhere.

i needed to have this anxiety medication for my flight anxiety because the ones i have is already expired. I tried to make an appointment to one of the local clinic here in our town but they cant cater me until tuesday which will be the day of my flight. i was lucky enough to find this telehealth online site paid $30 and immediately i was connected through a provider, took my mental history and stuff like that. then prescribed me the anti anxiety medication that i need. within just like less than an hour after history taking. its a lot convenient than going to clinics. now im just gonna pick my prescription at walgreens. easy breezy. Highly recomended

I showed up to my first appointment with a prescriber, and they were a no show. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful, so I contacted Cerebral about my concerns. They acted like it was no big deal, and stuck me with the no show fine, even though I was the one who showed up! Then, they acted like a different provider calling me after the fact was the same as the original provider showing up. It is not, and that is literal gaslighting. Cerebral is a mental health platform that gaslights their patients to keep erroneous fines. They refused to refund the fine so now I’m canceling and taking legal action. Also, Google the Forbes article about Cerebral. Apparently this is how they operate and my experience is shockingly consistent with the shadiness outlined in that article. I feel gross ever having interacted with this company. Update: They did issue the refund after I told them I’d take legal action, repeatedly. Read the Forbes article, especially the part where the author talks about reporting them to the state attorney general. Also, in LA county at least, you can take them to small claims court, regardless of the amount. Please don’t do business with them and if you do, please be persistent and use the legal tools you have to not let them scam you. If a company has to be threatened with legal action to do the minimally right thing, they’re not a good company.

I stumbled upon Cerebral on TikTok. I took an assessment to see if I was compatible with what they could offer. This morning I had my 1st session with my prescriber- and she was simply amazing. She was kind, caring, understanding, and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone struggling with anything. And to top it all off, they offer care counseling. Which I will start next month. I’m excited about the possibility of change in my mental health.

Cerebral has really been a game changer for me. To be able to talk to someone who actually listens to what you have to say. It is so wonderful. The people on here actually care about you. I used to dread to go to therapy, now I look forward to it. Finally found someone to help me go through my stuff, instead of just hiding from it. So glad I found cerebral.
