I gave them two because the prescriber…
I gave them two because the prescriber asigned to me was very nice and really listened to me. She was great. But get confirmation on your charges before doing anything. They will charge you an arm and a leg for just one visit if you have insurance, which is not the same if you're paying out of pocket. If you're insurance doesn't cover it all, you'll be left paying a much higher rate.

New chapter
It was my first session today and I was excited and nervous all in one. I was so happy with the person I chose. They made me feel comfortable and talked about the journey ahead. Looking forward to this chapter in my life.

I've only had one therapy appointment…
I've only had one therapy appointment so far and I like my therapist. I'm sure the providers are great and knowledgeable. Though, I've noticed there's a $50 fee for cancelling or no showing an appointment you've already pre paid for, this is just flatly predatory. It's just another business where money comes first. I'm going to see how it goes but I'm not confident I will stay with cerebral through my healing journey.

Very easy process
Very easy process. Scheduled and spoke with my therapist within a few days of downloading the app and getting started. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable from the start. Also have providers available if you need medication prescribed highly recommended this if you are in need of any mental health assistance and don’t have time and you’re scheduled to meet during Normal business hours.

I just ended my very first therapy…
I just ended my very first therapy session in my whole life. I am very proud of myself for taking steps towards improving my mental health. Although it was a bit awkward opening up to a stranger, I feel so relieved. Excited to see where this journey will lead, despite the hard conversations I will soon have. Thankful for Cerebral!
