First time using, provider showed up on time, was very nice, look forward to how it is in months to come, helped with my anxiety of having to go to the doctors office and talk in person with someone

I had my first call with Victoria Tomlin and we had some connection issues at first. We tried some different options and we were able to connect and talk and she was super helpful. So far so goo with Cerebral. I have my next appointment in a few days.

I wanted to love them. The concept seems great, but their execution is extremely flawed. Once you sign up, there are no appointments available. I got a message saying that someone would contact me within 48 hours, however nobody did. I sent an email with no response. A few days later, send another and was finally scheduled. I did not get to choose a time that was convenient for me & had to work the given time around my schedule. The meeting was fine, nothing exceptional. After the prescriber meeting, I was told to make an appointment with my care counselor, but again, there were no available appointments. No surprise there. My prescription was put in that day. But I could not receive both of my medications. One required my insurance to reach out to a dr and verify my prescription. However, after 2 weeks, my pharmacist let me know that she was still unable to get ahold of anyone to verify my prescription and could not give it to me yet. After this, combined with the fact that I still could not make my care counselor appointment, I cancelled my account.

Wrong prescription sent. And I feel the advertisement is misleading about what types of medications I can receive.

I’m new to this and still trying to figure it all out, but so far, my first appointment gave me a starting point to work from. I don’t have time between working 2 jobs and Managing my life with 8 children to remember to take care of myself as well. The online appointments give me easy and manageable access to my mental health needs. I’m hopeful for future progress.

This seems to be a good reference for both prescription and talk therapy. Just started so don't know much right now, but feel they will be able to helo me.
