Process was easy and guided the entire way. Didn’t feel hard to fit into busy work life and the appt reminders were very helpful. Much easier than trying to see doctors in person.

My initial consult with the prescriber was very friendly and efficient. I was able to provide supporting documentation to her directly and she conducted a thorough analysis of my symptoms during our call. She sent the prescription to my pharmacy and I will have my first appointment with the therapist next week.

Prescriber and counselor were very warm and welcoming during my first meeting made me feel comfortable when I was nervous and have seen positive improvement already!

I am very pleased with cerebral! My doctor I have is amazing she listens to what I want and don't want in my journey with anxiety and if a medicine gives me a bad side affect she addresses it immediately. My care counselor is amazing therapy with her has been so helpful and I was so hesitant at first. I highly recommend this to anyone who has anxiety, depression, adhd, or needs a mood stabilizer. They have a great staff and they are easy to contact through their message board! So glad that I gave it try!

My clinical visit was great. Kari listened and I felt like I was really being heard. The ease of being in my own environment and speaking about my mental health put me in a space where I felt like sharing more about myself. I’m glad I found this service.

Only just started, but I feel heard by my care team, and although I’m on the most basic plan, I don’t feel like I’m being given subpar care.
