She asked all the right questions. She was very professional, patient and informative.

I just started using Cerebral and right off the bat I was impressed. The app is user friendly and so is the link online. I was able to set my own schedule, chose a therapist(s) from many options. They allow you to schedule appointments, cancel appointments, pay, lessons and journaling and topics on certain items; all on the app. The first professional (medicine) was kind and clear, she stated she knows someone who would be better suited to help with what I need/want. The second professional (therapy) was super kind, respectful and engaging. She asked some safe questions and taught me a coping mechanism to help until our next visit/step. She was real and comfortable to talk to, I didn’t feel as if I had to prove anything. I was even late, and she was kind and understanding. When you’re actually excited for your next session, you know you’re in the right place!

My primary care physician refused to even consider I might have adhd or test me for it as I didn’t present main stream hyperactivity symptoms. Within months of starting cerebral I have been diagnosed with severe inattentive type adhd, talked to a counselor, and been prescribed a medication that has been an absolute game changer for me. Life is finally a little less overwhelming and it means so much to me!

I had no problem with this service at first because seeing a psychiatrist takes about 3-6 months in my city. But recently my prescriber is apparently on vacation and I am out of the medication I have been taking for 6 months. They are saying they will let me know when they get another prescriber to send in my medication but nothing has happened. The side effects of withdrawing my meds are causing headaches, flu-like symptoms, and so much anxiety. As a mental health service should know these meds have withdrawal effects and should be on top of this. And I asked weeks in advance, not last minute so I do not know what is taking so long. Very irresponsible and obvious I am just seen as a paycheck to them and nothing more. I would advise against using them if you can.

Before i started treatment I was depressed no energy or motivation I could see a change in me and so did my family Cerebral was great they helped me get my life back, and gave me a whole new prospective on dealing with everyday life and stress, I feel like a whole new person.. with meds and council of I regained my life!! Thank you I feel so much better

I just had my first session with my care counselor for anxiety and depression and it was an amazing experience! I felt listened to, understood, and not judged. I’m really excited for this process and I already feel less stressed from just one visit. I really recommend trying this app!

Really love the accessibility of using cerebral, it’s not cheap but it’s worth it for my mental health! I really love that my therapists and dr are closer in age to me and more relatable.
