Absolute scam! After filling out the initial online survey and subscribing to the service, I was told that I am not a candidate for telemedicine. The system prompted me to a link where I could request a refund but that link is telling me they don’t provide refunds! Who charges for a service that they can’t provide?! After a week of back and forth (seriously more than 20 emails) they are offering me a $9 refund. Seriously? If I ordered a pair of shoes off the internet but they didn’t have my size they wouldn’t give me a partial credit because they had the shoes in a different size than I needed. This company is preying on people with mental illness and stealing their money. BEWARE!!

If you're like me, you're waiting by the phone an hour before your meeting. Nervous and overthinking, every little think, anxiety through the roof. However, I was greeted with kindness and guided along the meeting, answering simple questions about my health and history. Anton even provided information about the medication prescribed, so that I may better understand everything. I am looking forward to the counseling session and getting my life back under control.

I love cerebral. My psychiatrist listened to me, was non judgmental. We decided on a medication that was best for me TOGETHER. My counselor is very nice and gave me helpful exercises to try at home right away. My depression and anxiety has gone from a 10 to a 7 in one month. It’s amazing and it’s only going to get better.

My initial visit was good. My provider seemed invested in what I had to say. Though it was hard talking about certain things I appreciated the experience.

In a time where mental health seems to be playing a key factor in the general work force keeping sane, Cerebral is a beacon to guide us. They have been able to keep their help affordable, reliable, and most of all effective. For me who has anxiety about any doctor office whatsoever it has been a huge help. I can access the help I need without forcing my body to go on the rollercoaster ride that is anxiety. It has given me the peace of mind to do more to help myself and to push back against the fear and anxiety that was my everyday norm. I recommend this service to everyone and with the added benefit of medication it makes the therapy so much more effective. I say give yourself a fighting chance against the everyday gloom and check it out. The price is good enough that even if it turns out not to be for you you haven’t missed out on much.

I thought the care providers were pretty good at what they did but the billing was an absolute nightmare for me. My diagnosis and medication were confirmed by the Psychiatrist I switched to so that part was good. The billing and plans were a nightmare though. I switched plans at one point and lost access to the higher cost services I had all ready paid for two weeks before the next billing period. Then after that I lost access to my ability to change plans, cancel my service etc. I continued with them for two months after that, however I had to reach out to customer service to cancel my subscription. After it was cancelled and I had a new provider I was still charged for the next month. Based on my experience if you can use another service I would avoid cerebral. If its you're only option its better than nothing.
