Nurse practitioner called me and she was so upbeat and easy to talk to. She is amazing and so helpful.

I have been feeling out of control mentally lately and I saw Cerebral on tiktok so I decided to check it out. Cerebral was surprisingly affordable since I cannot afford insurance and I was able to get on medication and a treatment plan that has made me hopeful about the future.

Honestly it's been the best experience I've had with therapy so far. Getting an adhd diagnoses after all these years of wondering what was wrong is a blessing. Now I know what I need to do to be a better me.

Honestly, I want to like this app. I really like my counselor. But every month getting my meds has been a nightmare. I dread going to the pharmacy when the app says my prescription has been sent off only to be told by the pharmacy it hasn’t been received. I feel like I’m paying for a consistent monthly stress and at this point, I am considering no longer pursuing medication as a means to deal with my mental health and instead try alternatives. I would not recommend this app to any of my friends and would not suggest even to someone I don’t like. Very stressful and poorly run.

I've only been to 1 session but I already feel better than I have in awhile. People underestimate how valubale human interaction is. Organized system, kind staff and no judgement!
