I’ve struggled with mental health for quite some time now. About 20 years to be exact. I had been diagnosed with behavioral depression and borderline personality disorder. Quarantine really heightened my mental health problems. After completely losing interest in almost everything I loved, being angry constantly and feeling a constant impending doom, I decided it was time for help. Cerebral makes getting help comfortable. From your own home, 24 hour chat option and making getting medication easy. I spent almost 400 a month on therapists. This is cost effective and again, EASY. If you’ve been thinking about trying this, please do it. I’m an entirely different person than I was last year!

I am extremely grateful for this service because it helped me when No doctor would even call me back. I'm really sad that people have taken advantage of this program because now people like me, who truly need this, are going to suffer. Lauren Griff took the time to really hear me out, listened to my concerns, gave me thoughtful feedback and prescribed me a non stimulant that is supposed to help both my anxiety and adhd. I had no idea there was a newer medication that could help both of those issues in one dosage. She made sure to describe how it will work, what to be mindful of while taking it, how to incorporate it into my morning routine, and also encouraged me to independently research in order to know exactly what I am putting into my body. I am looking forward to seeing how it helps improve my quality of life!

Best therapy I’ve received in a long time

I was blown away by how easy the process was, and how fast I was helped! The Doctor I spoke to was amazing and took the time to listen to me and didn’t rush anything and I could tell they are genuinely there to help! If I could give a higher rating I would !
