I would give this company a 0 star rating if I could. It is terrible. Their website is incredibly misleading. Your monthly fee basically gets you nothing. It’s buried in their disclosures that you will pay extra for basically everyone you talk to. They almost 7 months to start charging me the additional fees. A 3 minute video call with a prescriber is now bringing an extra $80-170 charge per month. I canceled but technically still have to pay. I’ve emailed and called the company. They are minimally responsive and generally rude on the phone. No one has helped me. No one will even listen to me. Just not the customer service experience you want in a mental health company. Stay away!!!

People with real problems get treated like customers. all mental health is a business. money is in the treatment not the cure

In the past 6-months I have had 7-different providers and 3-different prescribes. The lack of consistency is both alarming and detrimental to my treatment. Being diagnosed 11-years ago with depression and anxiety (after a life event) I was prescribed a set of medications, some of which were on "Schedule IV". I keep track of ALL my medications in a spread sheet so I know I am not an addict. But trying to get the meds that let me cope has become a challenge. Cerebral gave me a choice as to one or the other. And as of next month Cerebral will stop dispensing them, which leaves me a bind. The inconsistency, the inability to contact my providers directly and the "I can't do anything" attitude of the support personnel and chat help undermines the whole business.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SCAM I truly don't think a real caring person will read this, because all I have from cerebral.com is mental pain, so much sorrow because I really thought I would get help! I got a ? Person? that was supposed to order my meds all she did was yawn and yawn and yawn and snort and clear nose and swallow it!! Snort and yawn ! Yawn and snort clear her nose and swallow it!!! How in the world am I supposed to trust this person? She also talked like she had never even been taught English or any manners!! She was American! My gosh she could have just took a tissue and blew her nose, but all she could was yawn and snort clear her nose and swallow her snot!! All I did was tell everyone I was Finally going to get help, I live in very southern Georgia where mental health help does not exist!! Boy was I surprised! I paid all that money from my social security, I'm a widow, and got zero ZERO help!! I tried to stop my payments coming out of my bank account in PLENTY of time, but the only way I could finally stop it was cancel my bank card and get a new bank card number!! PLEASE DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY ON THIS SCAM!!! PLEASE TRY ANOTHER WAY!! IF YOU NEED MENTAL HEALTH CARE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The prescriber I met was very professional and listened to my concerns regarding medication and worked with me to find a solution to ease my way into medicating the issue at hand.
