Dr. Bauer and Mrs. Susan are extremely comfortable to talk with. They have made my first time seeking help a comfortable experience.

I really enjoy the flexibility of scheduling my appts. Some days it could be as late as 930pm or as early as 7 am any of the 7 days of the week. Being a mom and working 2 jobs, there isn't alot of flexibility from those. My prescribing doc and care team are absolutely amazing!

Great initiative to make mental health more accessible

I had 3 appointments with cerebral. My prescriber was friendly, caring, and found a medication that worked well for me but after my third appointment, she disappeared and never sent my prescription over for a refill. It stressed me out because I was worried about withdrawals after starting that medication. My cerebral team claim they care about you, and that they will answer your messages through a “care chat”, but I never received a reply back until 4 days later and the problem was never solved. Dragging it out to 2 weeks of missed doses. So I stopped using cerebral. My experience proved them to not be as reliable. This was also my first time receiving counseling care and it was okay. They will chat with you for about 45min and ask how your day is going and then give pointers on how to improve it. There were small assessments to complete in the end but that was about it that I had.

The prescriber was empathetic, kind, and very knowledgeable regarding past medical history. He considered sensitivity in prescribing and was open to changes in the future. He reassured me of the team effort of the counselor. Great experience thus far!

I will not ever recommend this company. I paid for September and cancelled it for October. I get an email saying my account will be active until 10/10 because I already paid for September. Then they cancel all my appointments and deactivate my account. When I call them to ask them, WHY?? They said they can reactivate my account only if I subscribe back to the service in October DESPITE ALREADY PAYING FOR SEPTEMBER. Yeah, no. This company stinks.

This is my first time getting help for my issues and my first visit to be diagnosed and I was very scared and nervous until I talked to my prescriber and everything went very well. I talked more than I thought I was going to I wasn’t nervous as soon as I started talking to her she is amazing and doesn’t make me feel as if I’m a bad person or like she doesn’t care. She does care and she does want to help me and I really appreciate how good we got along. Having a good prescriber and therapists helps a lot through this journey.
