Prescriptions take a ridiculous amount of time to ship since they ship through USPS. So typically you will not get your medication in time before your last prescription runs out. I received an order where I ordered one product, however four of the same items were sent which exhausted my balance. Customer service is quite incompetent. They put you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes while they check for an answer that they knew when they got on the phone just to waste time. Humana should to do better in selecting pharmacies. And although they say shipping is free, it’s included in the price of the product. Toothpaste doesn’t cost seven dollars for a small tube.

When calling in the rep that answers has a baby screaming in the background. My doctor advised me to call and speak with the pharmacist (big mistake). The rep demanded to know why I was calling the pharmacist. When I gave him an overview he began to attempt to solve an issue he wasn't qualified to. He placed me on hold several times and tried to change his voice in an attempt to fool me that someone else came to the phone. Eventually transferred me over to a pharmacy tech, who attempted to solve an issue before listening to what it actually was. In the end nothing was accomplished except being told its not their procedure to communicate with a physician that send over a prescription. This is not comforting at all, showing "care" is not their business practice.

I’ve called three times over a span of three weeks to make sure I got my refill in time. Now my medication has lapsed and no sign of the medication. They told me my prescription is processing for the last several weeks and cannot give any timeline. When I asked to speak with someone else, I was told that was the process, even though they had previously said it should only process for 24-48 hours. They would not let me speak with anyone else to confirm that my medication was actually be worked on. They offered no follow up or even to check on the medication. Very frustrating.

I regret even using this website. I can’t login to schedule my medication delivery. I keep getting an error message. According to Reddit, this issue has been ongoing for over 40 days!!! They sure as hell charged my credit card though and now I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to get my medication delivery. I guess they just take people’s money and don’t provide the service?!?!

As others have said, I'd give it a zero or a minus if that were possible. When I first started with Centerwell, I expected service like I had previously received from ExpressScripts. The doctor would send in the script, and in a day or two they'd be telling me they were processing it. Not Centerwell. That first time, there was no word for a week. I talked with Centerwell. They said they had nothing. Spoke with the Doctor. They HAD sent it in over a week before. They re-sent the script. A month later - really! A month later - I saw that they were processing the first script and the second script was on hold because it was sent in "too soon". Next time my doctor sent in scripts, they were sent in on May 27. Neither Centerwell employees (who I called to ask for status) or the app had any knowledge of the scripts as of June 10. Instead, they told me they can submit a request to find out if the scripts were "under review". Near the end of June I received the scripts. It took almost a month for they to process the scripts. Then about 5 days ago I received a script I did not order, as I'm no longer taking that script. The web site status for that script tells me they'll "let me know when to expect it when they get tracking data". Meanwhile, I've had that script in my hands for 5 days. And -- somehow they processed, and I RECEIVED, THREE bottles of 90-days worth of one script -- in ONE SHIPMENT - 270 days worth of pills in June, when I just started getting that script from Centerwell in MARCH! Medicare has this service costing the least -- and all other plans are $20+ dollars a month. You absolutely get what you pay for. What do I do when my total cost of my scripts each month is maybe $3? Do I pay $20 each month to get my cheap scripts? Maybe so, if it means NOT having to deal with the worst pharmacy company that I've ever had to deal with. Our coverage-change period cannot come soon enough!

It has been over 5-6 weeks and we have never received any medications for my mother after trying to switch her from Omnicare to Centerwell. This is in spite of multiple efforts by me, the assisted living medical staff, and the NP. We have had to fill her meds through the local pharmacy. I have made at least three calls. The last one was well over a week ago and I was told that her Rx’s would be expedited within 5-7 days. We have received nothing. I was moving to Centerwell pharmacy because my parents have Humana but we will go back to Omnicare. This is dangerous for an elderly patient. I am absolutely disgusted. H Varner, MD
