I have had such an amazing and positive experience with Christina in Port Orange, FL, and words truly cannot express how grateful I am for her kindness and compassion. I care for my mother, who has dementia and 10 other diagnoses, and managing everything can be overwhelming at times. Christina has gone above and beyond by checking in on me and asking if I need her to send my mother’s medication because she knows how hectic life can become when caring for a loved one. There have been times when I simply couldn’t make it to the pharmacy, and her thoughtfulness has made such a difference. Even though she has countless other patients to care for, Christina always takes the time to reach out and make sure we are taken care of. She is not only incredibly professional but also has a heart of gold. Christina is a true gem, and the world needs more people like her. I am beyond thankful for the care, compassion, and kindness she has shown my mother and me.

After a below average wait time I was able to speak to a real pharmacist named Jeff who was very kind and knowledgeable. He walked me through whether there could be any problems between my new script for Zepbound and my current meds and supplements. He also shared cost information that I was unaware of regarding the change from the insurance “donut hole” to something else that will save me money this year. I know many people talk about issues with Centerwell Pharmacy but that was absolutely NOT my experience.

I don't understand the negative reviews!! We easily transferred our prescriptions to them. They were very helpful in the CHAT, and phone call, to help us navigate and understand our high co-pay and deductible with my husband's tier 3 drug. Every other drug is free! The high cost drug was much cheaper than what we'd pay at the pharmacy store. Very pleased. As for wait times, most places like this have long waits; but we've never waited long.

I have tried other mail order pharmacies and none of them are as good as Center Well. My experience has been wonderful. I have been able to get a human voice on the phone quickly. Center Well followed up with my doctor when one of my scripts did not get called in. Their prices are off the chain! So, cheap this elderly person can afford their meds. Thank you for that! And switching to them from previous box store pharmacy was very easy, I switched during the sign up period. And the phone operators at Center Well were very knowledgeable and were able to resolve issues quickly ad correctly. I can't say that about other mail order pharmacies I have tried in the past. Thank you Center Well, I appreciate you.

Centerwell Plaza Linda specifically the one in 10401 SW 40 street Is truly outstanding. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm welcome and quick service. They explain medications clearly and make sure I understand everything before I leave. The pharmacy is clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need. I also appreciate how efficient they are with prescriptions they have no long waits, and they always keep me updated if anything changes. I Highly recommend!
