On 8/19 my doctor submitted a request for a thyroid prescription. I still had 10 pillsI called around 8/30 because I was out of them, to see where it was. He said after checking that it would be mailed out Monday and I’d have them within 3-5 days. That time pasted and I called them back. Mailed out Wednesday and I should have them in about 3 days because the city they’re shipping from is 60 miles away. Now they say they’ll be here on 9/8. So I’ve been without medication for over a week because of there poor service. And this is not the first time. I think I’m going back to Walgreens.

I've been using them for quite awhile now, and the last several months it's become so much worse that I recently had all my meds moved to my local pharmacy. I shouldn't have to call several times a month for problem after problem. They say they're sending something out, and when nothing comes, I have to call back only to find out it wasn't shipped out, leaving me run out of whatever the med of the month is, which causes me to have sometimes sever withdrawals on meds I've been taking for years. And NO time, of the several times I asked to speak to a supervisor, would I ever get thru to them, whether on hold or by return call. They're call center never can get things right, but often the pharmacy (Centerwell) can't get it right either. They really need an overhaul, or at least a lot more training. I can't help but wonder why it got bad over the past year. Below it asks when I had the problem and made me choose one, so I put in the date I moved everything to my local pharmacy, because it's been happening every month for at least a year, sometimes several times a year.

I have called twice as a new customer. The reps did not speak English well and seemed to be reading off a script. Overall, they did not understand me and could not interpret simple English language. They originally had called to get me established and ended up placing orders instead. I again stated what was to be accomplished, they repeated me and still didn't get that I was not ordering meds, just setting up my database for future orders (per their marketing call). I gave up and told them to remove me, then I hung up. I'll go to local pharmacy instead. FYI: I had plenty of recent meds and yet the last rep stated the order would arrive 9/2 and 9/17/26. The confusion was when an email arrived this morning stating that my med order would arrive soon. That's why I called.

While cost is good, and communication is ok, shipping time is NOT good. It takes way too long for medications shipped via USPS. It was reported Centerwell was going to use FedEx but that has not happened. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

My account was placed on hold because a payment from February was apparently never processed. I was unaware of this at the time. Whenever I order my prescription, your representative charges the credit card you have on file and ships the medication. I did the same thing in February, March, April, and May. If the February payment was not processed, I was never notified. As a result, when I ordered in June, I was told my account was on hold and had to pay both the February balance and the current month's payment to receive my prescription. I do not feel this situation was handled properly. I also had difficulty communicating with customer service and was unable to speak with a supervisor despite requesting one. This will likely be my last order. I can obtain the same medication at a lower cost through Trump RX using a coupon from my local grocery store. If a supervisor would like to contact me directly, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter. I am hoping my prescription ships as promised after making the double payment on Thursday. I will also be leaving a review regarding my experience.

Infuriating lack of communication skills of phone representatives. Having to repeat instructions to people who do not comprehend the English language. Way to add stress to those of us who are already struggling with illness.

CENTERWELL sells very cheaply made and unusable products for the most part. I would stay away! They only stocked one arm-sling and it was so badly made that it is unusable and too big as well. Sewn wrong, ridiculous. Save your money or health benefits.

Centerwell is a large call center. They can be very and many times very bad. They can be extremely stressful when trying to get someone to help. Avoid them if u can!!
