I have prescription in at Centerwell Pharmacy and they sent me a text to set up a date for delivery. I did that and they waited till the next day that was a holiday to tell me that they can't go through with the order because they don't have my payment information. What the hell have they been using for the last several months that I've been getting it refilled. whoever's working for Centerwell Pharmacy doing this job should be fired for doing an incompetent job. I'm tired of your stupid games, but I'm gonna let others know that you do not support people who use your products. You're only in it for the money you could care less how other people feel. Dealing with your company is depressing knowing that there are a lot of incompetent people working there especially the person who sent me the email.

If I could give it a zero I would. I have a Medicare Advantage plan through Humana that gives me $200 per quarter for OTC products through CenterWell. I’ve tried their website and the CenterWell app and neither allow me to access to the products. I’m only offered prescription services but we like our pharmacy, it offers free delivery and we don’t want to change, but it would be nice to use our OTC benefits. Probably won’t renew with Humana because of this issue.

Tried to access the site for OTC purchase, utilizing the monthly allotted expenditure. Once I sign in it kicks me out to another link where OTC purchase is not available. Spoke to a rep, who didn’t speak anything close to English. She informed me the issues was due to system maintenance for the last two weeks. When I mentioned I have tried for 45 days with no luck, once again, due to system maintenance. I asked when system maintenance is scheduled to be over, she replied “it’s ongoing” meaning you are shit out of luck. Horrible pathetic service and I feel it’s a scam looking to exploit so caveat emptor!

I wish that I could give a negative star on their review. I have called and spoken to Centerwell and NovoCare twice about receiving a statement that is saying that I owe $149.00 91-120 days past due!! In order to receive the Wegovy 4mg tablets. I ordered over the phone both times and they will not fill or send the order until you pay the amount ahead of time. The statement says that they have at least 8 orders including Wegovy pen 4 packs which I NEVER ordered. After I spoke with 3 different people between Centerwell and NovoCare and then to a rude collection agent who wants me to send proof from our bank statement showing that I paid this balance. As I said, you have to prepay for the prescription BEFORE they process and ship it to you !! I told them to take me to court so that I can show the judge my proof of payments and show the trumped up charges on my statement.

This is the second time in a month that I cannot get a prescription filled from Center Well Pharmacy blaming it on the insurance company. One I have to transfer back to my Publix store and they refilled it within a day. I had the same issue again this week, they blame the insurance company, but when I called my primary care physician, they had it straightened out within five minutes. I will send all of my prescriptions over to Publix in the future. They are just not worth the aggravation.

The most horrendous experience with a pharmacy during my lifetime of 70 years! Multiple phone calls per day, sending incorrect information telling us prescriber hasn’t reached them when they didn’t need to reach them as there were ample refill authorizations on file. Long shipping Times and wanting to upsell you on shipping for a shorter ship time. Constant messages asking if you want to put medications on auto refill, filling medications even when copays went over the pre authorized limit, and refusing to transfer prescriptions when requested. Talk about possible fraud. Someone needs to investigate this company . We are going elsewhere and eventhough we have new prescriptions that our provider had To call into another pharmacy because of their lack of Cooperation, they are still calling or sending messages

Don't depend on this "pharmacy" to get your meds correct or on time. My doctor sent a prescription order over 2 months ago - a refill that I was already taking. It was never filled. Their excuse "we were waiting for you to call & authorize it?" That makes no sense at all - I'm not the doctor!!! Then they proceed to tell me it will ship right away & I will receive it within 3-5 days (that was over a week ago & still not here). This is the 3rd problem I've had with centerwell & it will be my last. I'm finding a real pharmacy that can manage my medications (and I will also mention a representative that speaks English as a primary language, or at least one that is clear enough to understand). If you depend on your medications, as I do, DON'T USE CENTERWELL WHO IS THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL!!!
