Had a defective insulin pen sent by center well to me I called them, put on hold 4 times and then the pharmacist gave me a phone # of the manufacturer and told me to call them. Pitiful service and no customer service or warranty of the products they deliver and sell.

Worst experience with a pharmacy I've ever had. This company is based overseas as well as their call centers. Half the time, you can't understand them & they can't understand you. They take forever to fill a script, I'm talking like 3 weeks. When you call in, expect to be on the phone for a couple hours & put on hold multiple times. It's like they have to consult with someone else to give you answers. I've dealt with Express scripts for years before going on Medicare, & they were light years different, so that's what I'm comparing it to. Terrible customer service, multiple phone calls & I still don't have anything resolved, & prior authorizations on most meds that have yet to be resolved & it's been 3 months! Now they raised the price for 2027 of the free plan to around $12....& for what?!

If I could give a lower score, I would. I don't get my scripts. They say they haven't gotten them. Doctor says they sent them and on and on. Last time they said they talked to Doctor while I waited on the phone. Still haven't gotten anything. Worst pharmacy I've ever done business with.

Customer service is nonexistent.

This has got to be one of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. And I worked for one years ago! They are not consistent, their site is horrible to deal with and their follow through borders on unprofessional. If you went through any kind of training to work there I think you need to be retrained. Every month I have to deal with getting my dad's scripts renewed, although they are set to automatically refill we still have issues every month. It's discouraging because I know how a pharmacy is supposed to operate and this is not it. Humana needs to get back to dealing with our local pharmacy and not having to deal with this online bullcrap.

This pharmacy should not be allowed to operate in The United States. English is not their first language and they can’t even fulfill a basic medication order. I spent over an hour on the phone with a pharmacy agent, gave him a list of my prescriptions, 4 medications, and gave him my debit card to pay for everything. He got everything screwed up over and over again. I never received one of my medications and it’s been over a month. Just a lot of emails from them saying that the medication is being shipped only to receive another email saying they can’t ship until I pay $131.00 for medication that I already paid for. Save yourself the stress and NEVER DEAL WITH OFFSHORE COMPANIES!! THIS PHARMACY SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATELY! THEY ARE UNSAFE!

The problem is I don't speak togal, I speak English. I spoke English when I signed up with centerwell. 25 minutes and 5 (I'll get a pharmacist for you)s later I finely got the help I asked for. If you can understand TOGAL then go with centerwell if not we'll you know what I mean. Hab a gut da.

CenterWell contacted us about drug coverage. Our doctors sent them the prescriptions. Several hours on the phone for multiple days for is nowhere. Controlled substances cannot be sent through them in certain states. Why did they not check that before, and it took hours for someone to find out why we had not received a required medication. A zero or partial star should be made available for reviewing this company.
