So sick of this company. You place an order with them, you record the order number, and three days later the order has disappeared from their website. Now I have to call. "Pharmacy Advocate" tells me "Oh, we're out of stock". No phone call, nothing on the site - just cxld the order. Then tells me they sent an email - no email sent

We are forced through our insurance to order from CENTRE well online. A lot of the items that you may need are not present for the OTC program. The last ordered every we received came in looking damaged, but we have nothing that we can do about it.

I would give them a minus 10 if allowed. THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST MAIL AWAY PHARMACY I ever dealt with. They can not get a refill order right EVER. Every time I order refills online it takes a minimum of 3 phone calls for them to get it right. AWFUL

The absolute worst. Was transferred 8 times to get a script filled and a password reset. No one speaks English and they what you to agree to something you don’t understand. Was told they are having problems with the website guy and can’t seem to get my password reset. Calling my doctor to transfer my meds. I really feel sorry for the elderly who have to use this crap pharmacy. JUST A MONEY HUNGRY PHARMACY that SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Long hold tines. Not receiving meds on automatic refill. 4 calls with no help. I will be switching back to my previous pharmacy.

Passed around so much ....denied prescriptions were there even when I had documentation from the doctor and they called to try and straighten it out-I have no patience to even explain how frustrating this company is to work with...do not use them or you will regret it.

Scam alert...I understand it is a subscription service but was told by my doctor that the price was going to be $199 per month in perpetuity and CWP is now jacking up the price per month to $349...very similar to a crack dealer, where they get you hooked by giving you a deal then when you need it, the increase the price

If I could give this company negative stars I would. The amount of times I have been hung up on because the person couldn't understand my question or just didn't want to help is ridiculous. How is this company so uncaring about the people they are serving. They lie about prescription delivery times. My medicine has literally spent 5 days at a facility 2 hrs away when they claim they expedited it. They have no supervisors, they just pass the phone around to their friends and literally no one to actually help they just read a script hoping your question is somehow answered or you get frustrated and just hang up. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY SERVE. whoever is in charge of their pharmacy delivery office needs to be fired with the amount of negative reviews out there.
