I bought a bookcase in late December. It arrived in two separate deliveries, spaced 3 weeks apart. When I finally got all of the packages, it did not fit in the space that I had intended it for because the measurements they provide on the website are incorrect. The product had a total width of 49.25" (NOT 47"). I have let them know about this, but they have not updated their site to reflect. I asked to return the bookcase, and they were unable to give me a pickup slot until 15 days later. I thought this was pretty ridiculous, because I now have a to store a massive box in my apartment for 15 extra days and I am also out my $1,600 for another 2 weeks. I stayed home from work on the day that they said a team would be by to pick up the product and no one ever arrived. When I called to find out what happened, they told me that it will be another 2 weeks until a team will be out to pick-up this item. This is insane. I just want my money back and for this massive box to be out of my apartment. I have recently made purchases from Article, Rove Concepts, West Elm and CB2. The only company I have had any trouble with is CB2. I will never be purchasing from them again - and I recommend that others look at the other places I just listed.

Wow, I just bought a new bed from CB2, and if I saw the reviews here beforehand, I'm sure I would not have made the purchase. I, however, had a perfectly good experience. Maybe it is region dependent? I cannot readily asses how much better the piece is compared to IKEA, but I got my delivery on time, and placed directly in my room. I purchased online, and discussed with the delivery men whether or not the assembly fee was included in the delivery, because I couldn't remember and the website does not make it clear. They assembled the bed, which I am sure was actually for free, as a favor. If the bed falls apart, I'll drop off some starts, but for now, great customer service, and like the new bed. Anything but a bad experience.

So I was fully aware of the negative feedback prior to ordering my Leynx XL Sofa, It was 3 months on back order so I rolled the dice as me and my husband loved this piece in particular and were willing to wait. I have to say my experience was excellent, it came in the time estimated, customer service was excellent, and they walked me through obtaining a certificate of insurance from my building management. I was really impressed with the whole process and pleasantly surprised. Maybe I just got lucky but I would definetly order from CB2 again. Thanks CB2!!

Buyer BEWARE!!! Customer service is AWEFUL. I purchased by furniture (3 pieces) during the free shipping promotion. Prior to the purchase, I called customer service to confirm that furniture would be delivered to my room of choice. I was assured by the rep. that it would be. None of that was TRUE. The first two pieces were set outside my front door while I was at work even though I called twice to confirm that furniture would be delivered at a predetermined time. Then I called to make sure that the last piece (the heaviest), would be placed in my room of choice. I was told by a second customer rep that I was given the wrong info by the first customer rep. I was told in a rude and nasty tone that the furniture would be delivered to my threshold and the delivery men would not step a foot in my house. She seemed almost proud to say it.

POORLY MANAGED & Worst company to order from. I am sitting on 2k and diff orders of furniture and other items and all three orders are either late (talking about in stock items that are not shipped 5 weeks after order date) or things missing or broken in order. I had a delivery window of 12/11-12/27 on large items that were IN STOCK and I just called them on 1/6 and the next available date they are giving me is 10 days from now! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Save yourself the hassle and order from West Elm where they know how to run a business and understand customer care.

Horrible horrible company. Purchased one item, seemed extremely overpriced for what it was, but I purchased it nonetheless as it was a gift for someone's marriage and it was on their registry. After this single purchase, which was not shipped to my own address and was known as a registry item on their site, I've received an endless supply of their catalogs. I believe it is one a month but feels like more and it has been going on for over a year. None of my efforts to stop this waste of paper and resources in shipping have been taken seriously by them. I've tried on their website, I've tried via phone, every month another catalog. When attempting this on the phone the representatives can't actually remove you from the list, just forward your request to someone else and then next month guess what, another catalog. Maybe someone at their company will see this that has respect for trees, fuel and waste and TAKE 0167616896-2GE4B17 off your list. I will never buy anything from you every again. If you are really rich, have alot of space to store catalogs and could care less about wasted resources maybe this is a place for you to shop but if not you are best to avoid this company.

Overpriced IKEA furniture. They have some nice stuff don't get me wrong but the quality and style is pretty much IKEA but for 3-5 times the price. I found identical or almost identical items on Wayfare for a fraction of the cost. Granted they actually have retail locations and often in the center of expensive towns that sure adds to their overhead. But honestly completely overpriced for what it is. If you can get their floor samples which are usually 30-50% off you get closer to what their furniture should cost in the first place.

Slow shipping and charged me twice. I still wait for my refund. Don‘t buy from here
