Woww I wish I read all these reviews earlier. Same boat! Never received any confirmation email on my order then all of a sudden part of my items came but its broken, tried contacting customer service never heard from them! I'll probably have to make a trip to their store to do the exchange, hopefully the staff in store are nicer and helpful! Just disappointed......never thought they would be like this...

Their customer service is terrible. I haven't got a refund for the items for more than 2 months. I have spent more than 10 times on calling the customer service. It's not connected at all. Don't ever buy anything in CB2. Regardless of their product quality, their customer service is the worst.

Like many of you i'm here waiting for over 2 hours trying to reach someone from customer service. I emailed 5 days ago to exchange some bar stools that are too high for my island area. I haven't gotten a response back from anyone and I'm currently waiting on the phone for over 2 hours without being able to speak to anyone. When the operator asks "press 1 if you want to be called back" the function doesn't work. It is very frustrating to be waiting for this long. I also ordered 6 regular chairs for the dining table and 2 of them are wobbly. I also ordered a canopy bed and the people who came to install it destroyed my screws. So if I were ever going to move I will no longer be able to use those screws and it might break the bed. I've spent a total of $5,401.63 on table/chairs and another $1,431 on the bed.. as my first impression buying from this company I haven't had the best one. I wanted to buy from here because it's all made in the USA etc but the treatment I've gotten from Wayfair has been much nicer and they are a lot cheaper. I have since written to the crate and barrel who is apparently the parent company. I hope i'm able to figure this out and i wish everyone luck but trust me i would never buy from them again.

If you have an issue, good luck! If you call CB2 Customer Service, they don't even look through the details of your order when you're speaking to them. They put in as little effort as possible. If you try to assist the customer service representative by explaining the history of your order or any other important details they become defensive, antagonistic, and condescending. I feel like the stress caused by CB2 customer service is not worth the furniture.

I will parrot what others have said. I placed an order in Feb 2020. It arrived late due to COVID. Understandable. This was May 8. One of the items (a large floor mirror) arrived broken. The delivery company Said they would handle the replacement. Based on past experiences, I don’t trust them so I got a copy of the receipt and attempted to contact CB2. For the past 4-5 weeks I’ve been calling, emailing, attempting to chat with zero response. They are apparently shut down, except they will take your money if you order online. Buyer beware. Terrible company. I understand delays, but 4-5 weeks of complete silence is unacceptable.

Ok trying not to be a jerk during Covid19 but corporate should still be working and contact centers operational. I ordered a couch. It was on back order but is now in stock. I received an e-mail that prompted me to schedule a delivery. When I tried to do that all days were ex’d out. I then tried to call the, “customer service line”. I have been waiting on hold to speak to someone for 3 hours, 2 minutes and counting because I don’t have a couch right now in my home. Clearly this has been a problem for some time based on the reviews and at a certain point there’s no longer an excuse. Figure it out.

I don’t want to repeat what other customers have said. The store that I shop at seems fine but god help you if you brave ordering on their online site. Be prepared to get very angry over the course of months. I am stupid enough to have done this twice in the last year. The current debacle involves a rug I ordered in April, was shipped (finally) in early May and now a week into June has not arrived. Numerous emails to so called customer support asking for help, the first one, an answer coming to me after two weeks wait, saying they cannot change online orders once made (it is 2020) and the last few asking about the dang rug with no answers. Well the last email was replied with an automated email saying the email address doesn’t answer emails anymore. That is the customer support email. And now over an hour wait to speak with someone on their 800 number. GO AHEAD AND PRESS 3- a number they have designated “for those who haven’t received their order.” So don’t say I didn’t warn you......

I have spent the better part of the last two months waiting for my shipment to arrive, and have called them multiple times only to sit on hold to no avail. They DO NOT care, DO NOT pick up the phone, and the only time I received a call back, the lady said she had to speak to her supervisor, then put me on hold and never came back. I am infuriated after spending thousands of dollars. To make matters worse, I had a different order that arrived broken. An expensive leather chair for my office with the arm that cannot be placed onto the chair-- This arrived damaged, so I figured they would replace the item as it arrived damaged. The customer service rep said she needed to ask her supervisor if she could send a new one--- ARE YOU SERIOUS? I said "You'd better send a new one!" Out of the box, a brand new item that I cannot even put together because it is damaged. Then she puts me on hold and never comes back. So now I have an expensive chair with no arm rest, really terrible. I'm also still waiting on over thousand dollars worth of items to arrive and have no clue if or when they will show up. I will never spend another dollar at CB2 after this experience. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
