I’m new to Carewell and I’m very impressed and so pleased!! The 3 representatives that I have spoken with, were so nice and helpful!! They really seem to care about you!! The items that I ordered were shipped to me within 3 to 4 days! I’ll be a loyal customer because I’m very satisfied with their service!!

Carewell places high value on good…
Carewell places high value on good customer service. They offer quality products, a well designed website that is easy to use to locate and order product, sturdy packaging, speedy reliable shipping and delivery which exceeds the promised date. I have not had the need to try automatic order/ship service or their customer service but I have every confidence both would meet the company's high standard for customer satisfaction.
