New product user and use of the Carewell help line services…
I just started using products purchased from CareWell for my incontinence issues. Ordering from the website was easy. I recently had a personal issue with one of the products (didn't like it) and called the Carewell help line. I spoke with Sam who was extremely courteous and understanding regarding my need to switch products. Dealing with Sam was a pleasant experience and my issue was successfully resolved. While still a first time user, I recommend the Carewell family for their choice of products and helpful care and concern with my personal issue.

I am so utterly disappointed in this…
I am so utterly disappointed in this company. I ordered a replacement peg tube adapter for my father it gave an estimated delivery of Thursday or Friday. After I placed my order it then said it would be delivered on Sunday. Sunday came and went it's now Monday and I still have not received my orde. The only option they are willing to give me is to have one come in on Wednesday a week after I was supposed to receive it. When dealing with medical supplies I expect a different level of honesty and certainty that my supplies will arrive wednesday.

Excellent company, good prices and service
I've had almost no trouble with products, they are competitively priced and the only issue we had was resolved so quickly and very well. I recommend them and will continue buying from them.

They have many products for ordering. Easy to order and they are delivered when they say. The products are excellent. They are well stocked and you don't have to wait until they get them in stock.
