This is a great company that offers so many different and useful products with pretty reasonable prices. I had a shipping issue and a issue with receiving my items and had to call Carewll. The customer service rep for Carewell was very friendly and helpful. She understood the problem and had it resolved very quickly. Hopefully now FedEx gets their side of the problem corrected and doesn't have any more issues on their end with the delivery. I would definitely buy from Carewll again if I am ever in need of something they offer. They offer so many different products, their site is easy to navigate and simple to understand, their prices are reasonable, their check out is easy and hassle free. I never heard of them before I looked up the product I purchased but, I'm glad I came across them and purchased from them and will definitely do so again in the future if I am in need of any of their products!

SO disappointed! My mother-in-law is bedridden. We ordered pullups as for a while she could stand to be changed, but now she is not able to stand anymore. When we called to ask about an exchange, we were told they do not do exchanges we would have to do a return. We changed our auto ship to diapers but waited until the next shipment arrived to make sure we had something. When I contacted them by chat on their webpage, I was told that because it had been more than 30 days we were out of luck. I would understand if it was something perishable, but we are talking about pullups, unopened packages of pullups. I will not be using Carewell anymore

They are always polite and courteous, very knowledgeable, and are extremely efficient and helpful in resolving my problem or in taking care of my needs. I had a pretty frustrating issue with the quality of Attends women's incontinence underwear a very "well known" national products; Carewell's customer service was OUTSTANDING. I had also messaged the manufacturer directly of what I presumed to be manufacturing issue, creating a POOR quality product. But Carewell went far and beyond the expected customer service. I do appreciate their prompt action and in turn will certain continue to purchase my supplies from them. (Of course a different Make and model)
