Great Company to business with.
I needed supplies for taking care of wife's prolem. Carewell carries the McKesson peoduct that I needed. Fast service. Reliable service. One more thing I don't have to worry about.

Shakiva’s exemplary customer service
Truly extraordinary customer service! Shakiva listened patiently while I attempted to convey the problem, she accurately repeated the problem back to me, and then she went right to work trying to determine the quickest and most efficient way to resolve it. She promised to call me the following day after reaching out to her team for input. True to her word, she called me with both a detailed explanation and a satisfactory resolution to what turned out to be a rather confusing issue. Shakiva represents your company in an exemplary manner and if I was her supervisor I’d give her a new title, Director of First Impressions.

When I called customer service for help…
When I called customer service for help with a package I was going to be receiving, I got sent straight to a REAL person without having to press numbers or getting lost in an automated system. Customer service was easy and straight to the point. 10/10
