Carewell has become my "go-to" store for all my medical supplies. Their prices are great and their selection is vast. If I need help, their service agents are helpful. I love how quickly my supplies arrive.

The person I talked to was easily able to find my order and let me know that the 3rd item I purchased would be arriving by that night. The receipt I got in 1st package had that item listed. Also had a lot of leakage in the bags holding one of the products, she offered me a discount to add to my account even though I didn’t ask for one. My intent was to just let them know and then cancel my auto ship on line. So this issue was handled by going Above and Beyond. I ALSO received a delightful message from this employee thanking me for calling them with my questions, encouraging me to do so at anytime in the future and well wishes for my family member AND me too. It is much appreciated!

Having been the owner of a small business (actually an eye care practice) for over 35 years, I understand how important it is to please the customer/patient. And to that end Joann was truly excellent. She went the extra mile to address the issue I expressed to her, and in doing so cemented my loyalty to Carewell as a customer--and as a advertisement, i.e., I will enthusiastically recommend Carewell to friends and relatives.
