Meeting my needs
I ordered the wrong product and called to see about returning it but, I had opened the product so no returns or exchange; that was fine with me because I should’ve paid attention to the package instead of opening it. When I called about the exchange the representative explained why they couldn’t do. She was very polite and helped me to order the correct item. Carewell has excellent products and a very nice and helpful customer service. I will definitely keep on using this company for my needs in caring for my soon to be 88 year old mother. The name of the company fits their customer service representatives. Thank you Carewell.
