They delivered my first order to someone else. I called and you sent another out to me right away. The representative apologized for the delay and made me feel sure I would receive it soon. In April

For a new family caregiver, Carewell has all the supplies I need and by using autoship I don't spend a lot of time shopping. Their articles and tips are helpful and educational. On rare occasions I've needed to call for help and found their phone staff knowledgeable, kind and eager to help.
