They answer their phones and are excellent in their knowledge of the products and the customer service rep took time with me and helped with comparing different products so we were able to find the best products for my special needs daughter. Carewell is an excellent website in my opinion to receive all my gastronomy feeding tube needs. The representatives are very polite, informative, & knowledgeable on the questions you may have on their products. As a first time customer my experience was top of the line. I had two questions for Jasmine & she quickly & precisely answered them to the best of her knowledge. My call was answered immediately with no long wait on the phone. I would absolutely recommend this website. Not sure why I didn’t find them sooner.

They started out to be a great service. One to two days shipping. That made it easy for me to stay on top of my wife's homecare supplies. Then once the honeymoon was over, they started to get the supplies to me in more than two days as promised. I went almost a full week last order to receive the necessary supplies. If they are supposed to be a "just in time" company, they fail big time. I don't need to order large amounts at a time. They are the warehouse storing people, NOT ME. And I wouldn't even consider the "auto ship" program they have especially since they can't ship per order and deliver as promised. I don't know how they get such a high rating unless it's all fabricated which isn't hard to do. So, I will find other suppliers who will deliver WHEN I NEED THE ITEM!
