This was my second time ordering from Carewell via phone and had excellent customer service again. I spoke with Sian this time. She was friendly, efficient and patient.

I’ve become a longtime, loyal customer for several reasons. There prices and free shipping are by far the lowest I could find elsewhere. The products are name brands and the selection is wide. Finally my most important locality reason, is their outstanding and patient through either live, or on line, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I consider them the best I’ve experienced from any other company, dealing in health products or other online products. I’ve advised several of my friends who also have become satisfied Carewell Customers.

I needed a bath bench and i found one with back and arms at carewell.com. I also had a question to ask and when i contacted the company (24/7) I received prompt and professional service. If delivery is as promise, 2 to 3 days, i would be very satisfied.

I ordered periwash and I did not get it. Called customer service and she sent me another free. I did not get that. Called customer service today again. The same story. This time they refunded my original and she is sending some new PeriWash for another company. I am terrible about writing names. I do apologize. This is a great company and the service center is awesome.

I initially order from Vitality Medical, and in the order process was not made aware a prescription was mandatory. I then found Carewell and their customer support was great on-line and over the phone. I placed my order over the Holiday weekend and still received my product quickly with a tracking number. I haven’t used the product yet but happy that I have it in case of an emergency for my trip. First time customer and very pleased.
