Carewell might best be described as Carenow. Since last November when my Grandson was so ravaged by COVID virus that left him paralyzed and struggling for normal his family pulls together to find their new normal. And part of that normal was finding someone who did care well and who could deliver products to sustain the integrity of his skin along this steep learning curve. This company found the heart to pull the products he needed together in a bundle and ship them across country They kept me informed so I could be at their house to receive the supplies. It was overnight. And just in time for his next hospital stay. Together we hold tight and push forward healing hoping that as he grows he will heal. I would say Hope is a hard concept to share but Carewell has met that task. We stand together. Ready. Confident

I was in need of filing a incomplete delivery and the customer service agent was very helpful to honor my original purchase..dealing with a partial delivery of incontinence for my disabled daughter she made the process very easy ..carewell is a trusted source for me and my family..
