CarewellReviews of carewell.com

Thank you to Diana for efficiently handling our request today. We are most satisfied with her cordiality and professionalism towards us.

I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of items. Order another 90+ dollar group of pads and got an email saying they were unavailable until July 15. I had pre paid so emailed customer service about whether I will get them then or get money back now and they said the order was delivered today, noooooooo that was the second order to replace the first. Getting nowhere

We received a box of diapers instead of underpads. It took me 5 minutes to resolve the issue on the phone with the customer service. Thank you
