I can't begin to tell you how helpful Care Patrol was for me during the pandemic and finding unassisted living for my Dad. I wish I had know about this service when my mom became ill.

If someone needs to have help with a loved one, then Senior Helpers (carepatrol) is the answer. I recommend them very highly. It is a very caring group of people.

Care Patrol provided a contact and very good match for our mother that we never would have been able to find independently. When I initially contacted Melanie, the response for help was very quick in the needed urgent situation of finding an assisted living/home for mom after an abrupt life changing illness that took her from her home to hospital to subacute care to assisted living. Melanie was so flexible to work with our family's tight schedule to assess and then re-assess options. This included initial visits and then helping with re-visiting locations. She provided lists of questions to help focus what our family/mother's needs were as we looked at locations. She took time to get to know our mother and family, as includes her needs and personality to make a good match for her care. While I imaging many families can make transitions in a slower time frame, the need to move mother safely just prior to a COVID shut down made this a very difficult time. I cannot imaging how we would have accomplished this independently and am thankful for Care Patrol's and Melanie's kind help.

My mom needed to be immediately transferred to a memory care facility and during the COVID-19 crisis. Living in another state from my mom, I was not familiar with any of the facilities where my mom lived and could not visit the facilities myself due to COVID-19 visitor restrictions. Mary Ann Pickell at CarePatrol of the Lehigh Valley helped me quickly identify safe and secure facilities, within my mom's budget range, in a very short time frame, and all remotely during the COVID-19 crisis. As a result of Mary Ann's help and coordination with the facility, I was able to move my mom to a very nice, and safe, memory care facility, in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis.

Wonderful service, took a lot of the stress off of me and did the research , which was a great help.

The staff were very helpful, patient and understanding. They all realize that having to find a place for mom was a very stressful time. We found a wonderful place!

Kevin was there for us from beginning to end, answering our many questions and offering helpful suggestions and insights. He made this extremely difficult transition much more bearable for us. I highly reccomend this service.
