I was extremely impressed and happy with our experience with Care Patrol (Angela Coleman). Very personalized care, attention to details, considerate of our time . . . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their expertise.

When recently confronted with the challenge of placing my father in a dementia-care facility, I encountered many challenges I was ill-prepared to address. In addition to the emotional strain, I was still faced with managing a professional career and the family obligations that arise as the parent of two teenaged boys. I’m ever so thankful to have met the acquaintance of Cean Tan, who proved to be a life-saver in helping to navigate the situation. Cean helped identify several potential solutions and provided guidance and advice as I weighed options. She accompanied my husband and me to a site visitation and spent the afternoon engaged in collective conversation with the facility’s management team. My ultimate decision rested heavily on Cean’s counsel, and I’m at peace knowing my father is receiving top-notch care. I would highly recommend Cean Tan and her CarePatrol team. She offered an invaluable service with a smile when it was desperately needed. Thank you! Mariah and Russ Blaine

Gary was extremely knowledgeable about the different choices in the area. He listened and worked with us based on the financial and location requirements and helped secure substantial price reductions, which made things possible. Gary was also very proactive and found new options (without being asked) as my Dad was close to moving from Rehab. to Assisted Living. I would recommend Gary 100%.

The service we received was great! Julie was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Not only did she find a location for our mom that was close to our homes, but was able to provide us a 24hour turnaround time. We are very grateful and appreciative. Well done Care Patrol!

We recently needed to find first a skilled nursing facility and then an assisted living facility for our mother. We worked with a CarePatrol representative. She presented us with various options, was very understanding of our specific needs, and kept in close contact with us as well as the various locations involved. It removed a lot of the stress and worry for our family, so that we could concentrate on our mother and her progress. Especially with the current coronavirus situation and limitations, having a compassionate, knowledge person at our side was invaluable.

Mary Ann was a wonderful help to us to find a place for my father. Her care and compassion was outstanding and she continues to follow up with me as well. This came at a very good time in our process and was of great help to make the most difficult time go smoothly. We had plans for one place for Dad which she helped us locate, but due to the virus concerns we had to change places in a matter of a day and Mary Ann helped us to do this and move forward. Thank you!

During difficult times, it is a great comfort to be able to call CarePatrol to ensure your loved one is safe and their needs are fulfilled. After a recent tornado in my community, time was critical. CarePatrol took me straight to the people I needed to see the same day I called for help which resulted in a new wonderful home for my loved one. In my situation, I have used them twice. This time under tight time constraints and another at a slower pace. Both times, they have come through for me, leaving me with a feeling of great relief and confidence that I had found the right place. I recommend CarePatrol with no hesitation.

Our Care Patrol helper, Connie Torres, was SO wonderful and caring and her quick actions may well have saved my mom's life. She quickly got her out of her nursing home before COVID spread there and got her into a wonderful home. She made my life so much easier!
