I would like to give a special shout out to Veronica Campana - she is an extraordinary beautiful person .. She adores seniors and going the extra mile to help them in difficult situations. Veronica follows through with every detail - and leaves no stone unturned. Veronica has been a pleasure to work with.. I’ve been in the senior industry for almost two decades and it isn’t very often you see and get to work with folks like Veronica- she represents CarePatrol - They are very thankful to have her ..

My elderly mother fell and required major surgery involving extensive cervical implants which completely upended her life. She went from independent living to assisted living - which was only possible after 2 weeks of intensive rehab. With just a few days to find a place, we chose a new facility that was beautiful but found the medical care severely lacking. She was frustrated and frightened, so we reached out to Jerred Copeland of Wake County Care Patrol and he even met with us the day I contacted him regarding a new opening we could consider immediately. He introduced the concept of a senior group home with low caregiver ratios that fit our needs with a medical advisor who was an experienced nurse with a graduate degree in education that obviously cared and even trained caregivers herself. She moved to NC years prior to care for both her parents and Jerred's own grandmother was a previous resident at the home we toured. My mother still struggles with her lack of control and independence but I know she is safe and medically sound at her new home. The staff is patient and caring and I feel confident about her ongoing care.

We recently met and worked with Jen to help our sister out of an abusive relationship and into assisted living. Jen was so warm and reassuring. We needed her in a crisis and she came through for us, for Terry. Jen is so very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She made every interaction the very best and Terry is now thriving and happy in her new, safe environment. Thank you, Jen. ❤️ From the bottom of our hearts, we could not have worked with A sweeter, fun and very hardworking ANGEL. We recommend Jen and Care Patrol!

I can't recommend Keith and Care Patrol highly enough. From our very first conversation, Keith went above and beyond- answering questions, offering tours, and providing guidance even when he knew there would be no financial benefit to him. He even communicated with me on a Sunday! He showed real compassion and guidance when I was navigating a difficult situation trying to quickly get my parents out of another facility. If you’re looking for someone who will advocate for your family’s needs with integrity and heart, Care Patrol is the right choice.

3rd attempt by a dinosaur! Care Patrol help me navigate a stressful and emotional situation where I couldn't have felt more guilt in placing my husband in a facility for memory care. I'm still struggling with the reality that I can't take care of him. I couldn't have gotten through this without their assistance. h

Lisa did a good job of planning visits and guiding us through the process to make things easier for all of us.

I'm an Assisted Living homeowner and I have worked with Christa in the Phoenix location several times. I just want to share how hard she works at finding the best home for her clients. Christa always follows up after placement with us to make sure the patient is getting the best care possible. She goes the extra mile because she truly cares about her clients. She asks tough questions and is very knowledgeable about care needs. If you are looking for someone to help your loved one find the right home, you won't find anyone in the valley with better credentials and compassion than Christa!

We recently had to find a place for our dad after he was diagnosed with cancer. The CarePatrol team listened careful and chose places that made sense for our specific needs. Cassi showed us around, patiently explained things to us and basically held our hand throughout the whole process. CarePatrol was a Godsend for us. We are now looking for a place for our mom and CarePatrol is leading the path forward for us again. If you want your family's needs to be heard and for someone to cut through all the noise and find a great place for your family member, CarePatrol is it.
