I'm so thankful Care Patrol was suggested to me as I started the journey to find my mom the perfect senior living facility after a very quick deterioration in her health. Sandi was incredibly kind and easy to work with. She answered all of my MANY questions quickly and provided great information. Sandi made sure that I was informed on the options available, so I was able to find the right place for my mom.

Donna at CarePatrol was very helpful during a very stressful time looking for a memory care facility for my Father. She took the time to answer all our questions and offered good advice for placement that was specific to our families needs. I have multiple siblings and Donna spent time with each of them answering their individual questions as well. Mary Ann with CarePatrol of the Lehigh Valley. She was such a great help as I needed to find a place for my Dad. He is 88 years old and his lease at his apartment was up. We had a place for him within a few days of meeting Mary Ann with her help. When this didn't work out because of the virus, she fould yet another place within a day. He has successfully moved in and will be safer and well taken care of. Her help was so needed and she was kind, pleasant, and very understanding of our situtation. She has followed up with us in this process and I was so lucky to have her come into our lives. What a blessing!

The advisor was extremely helpful and caring during a difficult and emotional time for me? She helped me find a good safe place for my husband.
