Care Patrol helped us find a great place for our Mom. We were presented with many options that met our criteria, Ryan arranged a visit to our first choice and helped with getting all the paperwork together. We had a great experience.

Amy was a lifesaver in searching for a place for my Mother. Her expertise was a blessing.

Very helpful. Were able to pick an excellent facility from the list they provided. They made a difficult situation more manageable for me and my siblings.

Beth at CarePatrol is absolutely wonderful!!!! In the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic she was able to find us the perfect Covid free setting for my 96 year old Dad who was no longer safe in his assisted living. We called her Friday morning and within an hour she had 2 virtual tours set up! We were able to do a zoom tour including my brother who lives in Massachusetts. She took care of everything ...including facilitating the completion of all the paperwork, transfer info, movers, and sitters. We moved my Dad in Wednesday and he is settling in nicely. I can’t say enough great things about Beth....if you need help, she is your person ❤️

My Care Patrol team was very professional, attentive and knowledgeable regarding the memory care facilities in my area. They helped me over a six month period review the possibilities, tour facilities and make a final choice regarding my husband's future care. We ran into a number of issues after the admission date but the Care Patrol team was very quick to act, followed up with the facility and kept me informed of actions being taken. Both Paula and Susan were understanding of my concerns and provided a calming presence. I will not hesitate to recommend the Baltimore area Care Patrol group to my relatives and friends.

Lisa is fantastic! Don't no where I would be in the mess of finding a spot without her! THANK YOU!

Bonnie was amazing. helped set up video visits with my mother in the hospital and explained well her placement options. She talked with my wife and I at lengh and found my mother an excellent place for her new home.

Rob was so great easy to talk to , found us a place for my father in one day . We love the house he is in he loves it to. The nurse and operator of the facility are so nice. I would recommend Care Patrol to anyone looking for help in finding assisted living for a loved one.
