I was very happy and satisfied with the personal level of service with CarePatrol (Charlie, a former skilled nurse, and staff). Rather than just sending me a list, Charlie first asked about my Mom's needs and current state of condition and matched me with appropriate Memory Care facilities. Charlie and his staff set up calls, fielded questions, gave direction and followed up. It made a confusing situation easier to deal with and arrive at an educated decision vs guessing and hoping for the best. My family and I are grateful for their service. Thank you.

Honestly, I was at my wits end when I found CarePatrol. I worked with Eric Miller and I can't find the words to describe just how fantastic he truly is. My mom fell twice within 48 hours landing her in the hospital. I was referred to Care Patrol to assist in the process of finding the right Assisted Living Facility (ALF) for my mom. I was blessed to have Jena Kloepfel as my "real estate agent" of assisted living. She was kind, compassionate, and understanding of how difficult this decision is for family members to make. This experience took place during the pandemic shut down. Jena obtained the information needed and based on my mother's assets and waiting lists, referred me to 4 different places. Of the four, one was a no for me from the start. A second one had just been built. Jena was able to schedule an in house tour prior to the opening. Third one never responded to her request for a virtual tour. Ding...if they don't respond before they get my mom's money what will happen after they do? The last one, she had a virtual tour of for me. When I mentioned I saw online they were allowing in house tours of parties of two, she immediately contacted them and got us in...even though she had another appointment soon after. This one was the place for my mom. Jena asked relevant questions that I had not thought of and gave me some other tips based on her experience working in ALF in her past. With that said, I am delighted with the efficiency and knowledge I received from Care Patrol. Jena rocks!!
