Frances Zelch is extremely unprofessional, flaky, untrustworthy, and brought a lot of additional stress to an already stressful situation. If I could give her zero stars, I would.

Emily is very unprofessional. I would not recommend her to help any family. My mom has been in turmoil since Emily tried to place them, causing fueds and misunderstandings between family members. Emily is very patronizing and I would working with her at all costs. Emily does not take professional responsibility for her own failures in placement, instead she places blame on others.

The assistance of CarePatrol's representative made my search for a Memory Care Facility for my sister so easy and professional. He was knowledgeable of the places he showed me and made appointments which enabled us to the locate correct facility quickly. He listened to my situation, gave great information to look for in each facility, and helped me question those in charge at each place. My sister is now safely in a facility where I feel she is getting more help than the assisted living home she was in before. Ed stayed in contact until this move was completed and remained helpful throughout the entire procedure.

Todd was very helpful and responsive. I needed to find an assisted living residence for my dad very quickly. He helped me find a quality residence for my dad in just a matter of days. I highly recommend.

Follow up is horrible. I found the place for my parent, not Care Patrol!!

As we were moving in our loved one we were informed of an additional one-time non refundable $2600 fee. This was a total surprise...I thought this service would help eliminate these types of surprises. Not happy.

Did not really understand the needs of my mom and took us on wild goose chases to facilities that were not a good fit!

Barbara was horrible employee of yours ..to go look at homes which she only took us to one we had a find the other one her job should’ve been us going with her to look at facilities that’s what she gets paid for...
