I am very pleased with the services Ms Victoria provided for me in regards to my father’s current placement. She was thorough, professional and kept me informed. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for help in this area without a doubt. I’m thankful and pleased.

Everything was handled professionally and found the absolute best facility for our needs and wants for our family member.

I had been struggling for months attempting to locate a suitable Assisted Living Facility in Virginia for my son. The fact that he was in a facility that was out of state and would have to have a Medical Escort to accompany him further complicated the search. Fortunately, my son's Case Manager recognized I was making no progress and contacted CarePatrol. A CarePatrol representative, Robin Edwards, contacted me immediately. During our initial contact, I was reassured because I felt she understood my frustration and that she wanted to help. During the process of locating a facility, she kept me informed as to her progress and served as a excellent liaison between me and the facility she located. Thanks to Robin Edwards' assistance the problem has been resolve and my son is in a excellent facility. Ms. Edwards assistance and counsel were invaluable.

We had an amazing experience with CarePatrol helping us find a great assisted living place for both of my parents. Melanie was super helpful and so kind and caring about our situation too. She was very well informed about assisted living, and helped walk us through the process. She also genuinely cared about my parents and offered help in many many ways. Thanks Melanie!!

This is a very caring organization and I am grateful for their service!

Great communicationn and quick to respond. Provided the support we needed on short notice.

My family was very fortunate to be referred to CarePatrol from my dad's physician. We worked with Mary Anne from the Lehigh Valley and Upper Bucks office. Mary Anne took the time to explain the process, listen to our concerns, and set up appointments with communities that fit our needs. She also gave us advice on how to file for a veterans benefit and ways to ensure this was a financial viable option for my parents. She is extremely responsive and proactively followed up with us to see if we needed anything. Having her as a resource made this experience much easier/less stressful. Can't say enough nice things about Mary Anne and how this organization helped transition my dad's care to a memory community. I only wish I knew about CarePatrol months earlier.

Care Patrol gave me many options for my mother and also gave me information and key resources to help figure out her insurance and work through issues along the way. They follow through and are really caring.
