I worked with Sierra to find a place for my Dad. She was very professional, listened attentively to our needs and showed me several places that met those needs. Since I had to work with her during the virus Pandemic, I believe her job was much harder but she made things so much easier for me. She went out of her way to be helpful! She is a very caring person and cares about the people she works with. She will definitely work with you to find the right place! I would highly recommend Sierra at Care Patrol.

We are so very grateful for Jane. Our father and special-needs brother were hospitalized within days of each other. We soon found out that neither would be able to return home, and both needed places to live within weeks of their hospitalizations. Because of COVID, we were unable to travel to arrange everything that needed to be done. Jane to the rescue! With grace and ease (at least it seemed so to us, although we know nothing was easy), she placed both of them in appropriate long-term living solutions. She helped us arrange for movers to come to pick up furniture. She visited both of them in their respective facilities and drove each of them separately to their new homes. She was able to deal with sudden changes in availability and discharges quickly and efficiently. Her empathy was evident in everything she did. She even bought some clothes for our brother and bed linens for our dad! Jane was very responsive to our needs. She even seemed to anticipate our needs while we were adjusting to the shock of everything happening so quickly. Jane transformed what could have been one of the most traumatic experiences into a more joyful experience. We would highly recommend her.

Brian Weaver did a great job walking us through care options for my Dad. He narrowed down the choices based on his unique needs and arranged all the tours/interviews. During a difficult time, he made things easier and provided expert guidance.

Care patrol was very helpful and island shores was the first one mentioned to check out. So after checking it out and some of the others we came to the conclusion it was about the best for us. The only bad part is that we are not familiar with the area so can’t get to any of the stores. Otherwise very satisfied. Thank you

We had to make the difficult decision to place our dad in Assisted Living, after he had lived with me for 12 1/2 years. Paula Sotir listened carefully to me, asked good questions about dad, and gave honest feedback about the monthly fee we were seeking. We just placed him yesterday in the first suggestion she had - as we too got a good feeling about the size of the community and their operation. I will say it is very difficult, in this COVID world, to have to leave your family member at the door and not be able to settle them in.
