Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to talk to MaryAnn and have all my questions answered. Great at following up to make sure things are OK and the timeliness and communication was awesome. I highly recommend especially when people have to go through something like this, they are not well educated on how to navigate the system. I am so glad that someone in for me about CarePatrol!

We were very pleased with the assistance received by Stacey/Care Patrol. Their patience, expertise and guidance was invaluable! My only advice would be to check on other homes owned by previous ALF where my brother lived based on the lack of cleanliness. But thanks again, as it would have been time consuming and difficult without your service!

My husband was taken ill suddenly and needed to be transferred to a memory care facility in 3 days. Jonathan was awesome. Jonathan had options available within hours and was able to tour me immediately. He was very transparent and honest in his discussions with me. I was able to speak to Jonathan as often as I needed. My husband was admitted on Monday to his new facility after learning on Friday! Many thanks to a job well done!

Christine Sinacola was AMAZING!!!!! My mom could not be left alone because she wanders and is in mid to late stages of dementia. I tried moving her to my house, but both times I tried, she had complete meltdowns. So, I was sleeping on an air mattress in her tiny apartment and called 25 facilities looking for placement. Most did not call me back, some did not take Medicaid and some were just full. I was at my wit's end when I got a referral to Christine. She spent a long time on the phone w/me getting all the details about my mother and family. Within a couple of hours, she had connected me w/a fantastic placement that was willing to work w/our financial situation. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was caring, compassionate, responsive and incredibly skillful in finding placement. FYI, I had called "A Place For Mom" weeks earlier and they told me that they only help w/placement if the person can private pay for their entire stay. Who has that kind of money?!

Jonathan and Reba did amazing work in helping find a perfect placement for my mother. We were amazed at how quickly and smoothly the process went. Jonathan talked us through every step of the way, which gave us great confidence in making a decision.
