Tammy was and is amazing!!! To say that she went beyond is an understatement. We were faced with placing my mother in law in memory care in an assisted living facility, we had no ideal the amount of work and stress we were about to face. One of our daughters discovered Tammy ( thank God!) and after the initial contact with her, she hit the ground running. Karla was a big help in finding a new facility for my mother. She provided us with several options to choose from and homes that met our mothers needs.

I was completely overwhelmed when my mom suddenly suffered a rapid decline in cognitive abilities and could no longer safely live on her own or even with family. Her doctors and nurses recommended that I look into assisted living facilities (ALFs). I had no idea where to begin. Worse, I was on a tight deadline. Mom's social worker suggested we contact Laura at CarePatrol. Laura responded immediately. She contacted her colleague Kris and collectively the three of us became a team. Within a matter of one week those two professionals provided me a list of five high quality and affordable ALFs. We conducted virtual tours of four, narrowed the candidates down to two, physically visited the two finalists, then made an informed decision on an incredible ALF called "Olive Living." I couldn't have been happier with CarePatrol. Kris and Laura provided extensive support. I was so thankful for their knowledge, their professionalism, their caring attitude, their attention to detail, and their sense of urgency. As a result, mom is now in an excellent ALF and adjusting to her new life. I highly recommend CarePatrol. And, Kris and Laura are simply superb at what they do.

The care patrol case worker I worked with I felt went above and beyond my normal expectations of a person helping me. Especially when she had out of town personal family business to attend to. She called me or was right there when I called her and needed help. I would rate her as a10 star ⭐️. She was there when ever I had a question or just needed someone to talk to.

Paula Sotir was a lifesaver to our family! Not only is she efficient, reliable, and technically knowledgeable, she is also patient, understanding and very kind. An angel on earth. We would't have been able to do. It wothout her. I woul be remiss not to also applaud Kris Martinson, she was equally amazing. Both ladies answered our calls day and night, and eased our anxiety throughout this process, and we feel truly blessed to have found them and worked with them. Thank you so very much. We won't hesitate to recommend them to others in our situation.

Wendy was fantastic to work with. From helping us narrow down our list of potential facilities to acting as our advocate and liaison to making sure my mom's move went as smoothly as possible despite the extra challenges of COVID19, Wendy was always easy to reach, understanding, and showed a genuine desire to help our family find the best possible solution.

Very appreciative of the referral to Donna/carepoint. The placement process is overwhelming in normal times and Covid rules made it even harder. Donna was very knowledgeable and did great job with follow up and communication and really advocating. Appreciative to say the least.
