Care Patrol was an excellent source for help in a difficult time. They helped us through the entire process.

We were a bit overwhelmed when we needed to find assisted living for my 95 year old mom on short notice. We started looking on our own and trying to find where places were and reading reviews. Someone suggested Care Patrol and we signed on and got a quick response. Talking to someone who knew the facilities made it a lot easier. Rami set up video tours in the area we wanted. COVID-19 made it impossible to see these places in person. We found a place and Mom really likes it.

We worked with Cilla Buck of CarePatrol NE Ohio after my aunt had a fall. She went above and beyond to help answer questions, and explain the process of transitioning into an Assisted Living community. Moving from independent living to assisted living is a big change, and can be a difficult experience - but Cilla helped make this a smooth and positive experience, especially in the midst of a global pandemic. There were many unforeseen obstacles that Cilla helped us overcome. We would highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone else encountering a similar life change for a loved one.

She had answers to all of my questions and concerns and broke down all of the options so simply. Tammy was a great combination of professional but still caring. She was responsive to our phone calls and emails and led us through the whole process. It’s wonderful that this service is at no cost at a time when many families are worried about finances. I would recommend her to anyone.

My husband needed to move into an assisted living facility and I was referred to Kevin Buck and Care Patrol who helped me enormously to make the choice. He emailed me pertinent information from several area assisted living places and accompanied me to visit the one I seriously considered and then chose for my husband. He also assisted me in the choice of a lift chair and personally went to pick it up and took it to the facility and assembled it so my husband would have it ready when he arrived at the facility! He also picked up a tv I had purchased for my husband at the facility and set that up as well. How many people who are perfect strangers would do that? He went above and beyond to help in whatever way he could. He helped make a difficult transition smooth and seamless. I have given the name of Kevin Buck and Care Patrol to a professional who assists families looking for assisted living facilities. Kevin did this— and so much more. Both my husband and myself will be eternally grateful. He was and is a true angel to families in need.

I worked with Dixie from Care Patrol and she was a Godsend! She worked hard to try and find mom the best place for her and was very responsive, well spoken and communicated with me often on mom’s options. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her expertise. Dixie was extremely supportive and comforting for everything we were going through. She really helped ease so much of the stress and I am so thankful for the help she provided to my family. I am forever grateful!
